1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Products that are used, opened, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product and notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.
